California Consumer Privacy Act

This is our Notice at Collection under Civil Code § 1798.100(b) for California residents.

Categories we collect

• Identifiers — name, email, phone, mailing address, IP address, and (for cryptocurrency payments) wallet addresses and on-chain identifiers tied to a Block9 invoice.
• Customer records — billing/shipping addresses and payment confirmation. We do not store full card or bank numbers.
• Commercial information — services booked, products purchased, returns.
• Internet activity — browsing on www.block9.app, device and browser information, cookie and analytics data.
• Approximate geolocation from IP address.
• Professional information — job title and company when you engage us on behalf of an employer.
• Audio — voice when you choose to speak with AgentB9, call recordings on the published line (disclosed at the start), and consented session recordings.
• Inferences about service interests.

Block9 does not seek to collect CCPA "sensitive personal information" (SSN, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, etc.). Voice audio is processed only to understand requests and generate responses — not to create a voiceprint. The CCPA "right to limit" is not applicable to our current processing.

Purposes

Providing services; operating AgentB9; payments and fulfillment; client communications; operating the Site; marketing; fraud prevention; and legal compliance.

Disclosed for a business purpose

Service providers (hosting, payment processors, xAI Corp. for AgentB9, fulfillment, Google Workspace, analytics, CRM). Affiliate partners receive information directly from you when you click through. Legal and safety disclosures where required. Block9 does not sell personal information for money. Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may occur if advertising or analytics tools receive identifiers and internet-activity data. We do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16.

Retention

Account and billing: relationship plus up to 7 years. Support: up to 3 years. Marketing: until unsubscribe plus up to 12 months. Analytics: up to 26 months. AgentB9 audio and transcripts: up to 12 months. Crypto invoices: up to 7 years. Blockchain data cannot be deleted.

Your CCPA rights

Know, delete (except on-chain data and legally required records), correct, opt out of sale/sharing, non-discrimination.
