As described in our Privacy Policy, we may share personal information with third parties, including advertising partners, in ways that some U.S. state laws treat as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising." Depending on where you live, you may opt out.
If you visit with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled, we treat that as an opt-out for that browser and device. Set it up at globalprivacycontrol.org.
Email privacy@block9.app with the subject line "Opt Out," including the email address on your account or orders. We honor opt-out requests from everyone, regardless of where you live.
What to expect
- We stop sharing your information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- You may still see ads; they will not be targeted using your activity across other sites.
- Browser-based opt-outs are tied to that browser and device. An emailed request applies to your records.
- Nothing changes about services you have requested or transactional messages about bookings.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.
Other rights
Depending on where you live: know/access, delete, correct, portability, and non-discrimination. Email privacy@block9.app or use the contact form noting "Privacy request." We verify identity, confirm within 10 business days, and respond within 45 calendar days (one 45-day extension with notice). Authorized agents need written authorization. Blockchain data cannot be deleted. A deletion request reaches the records we keep, not the public ledger. Some records we must keep for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal hold.
