Before We Meet

  • After payment. Steven emails from steven@block9.app to set the date, time, and location, if there is one.
  • Wallet setup. Bring a charged laptop and the device. Confirm it supports your assets. We don't supply hardware, and we never take your wallet or recovery phrase. Buy it new and sealed. Leave it unopened until we meet.
  • No wallet yet. Affiliate links: Ledger Nano S Plus · Ryder.
  • Coins on an exchange. Coinbase and others can delay a withdrawal. Turn withdrawals on before we meet. We can't speed up their process.

If the work needs a proposal rather than a single session, start with a discovery call. That call is not billed. Travel for a non-local on-site visit is billed separately.
