Tokenizing A Document Is Not Tokenizing A Treasury

An invoice, a ticket, or a warranty is a record. A company coin is a different conversation — and that conversation starts with counsel, not with a launch date.

People hear “tokenization” and picture a raise. Sometimes that is what they want. Sometimes they want a work order that anyone can check and no one can quietly edit. Those are not the same build.

We will build software. We will not bless an offering. If the story is “buy this and benefit as we grow,” your lawyer and, where it applies, licensed financial professionals go first. We build after that conversation — not instead of it.

In March 2026, the SEC and CFTC published how they talk about these assets. One bucket they named is digital tools — things with a job, such as a membership, a ticket, a credential, a title, or a badge. That is their list. We quote it so you can read how they talk. We do not stamp it on your SKU. How you sell the thing can still change how other people look at it. That call belongs to your lawyer and to the agencies. It is not a call we make. CFTC 9198-26

Congress did not advance the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act on September 15, 2026. The jobs that did not wait on that vote are still jobs. We wrote that the next day. Block9, Sept. 16, 2026

Two different jobs, and they should not be mixed.

Today we will build yours as a custom project. The record. The site. The wallet rules. Without waiting on any Block9 product. Discovery is free. Nothing is billed until you accept a proposal. You hold the keys.

Separately, we are building our own tokenization product for the same family of records. That product is not what a shop has to buy to get a ticket or a membership on-chain. The longer split is in the services page.

Our Terms are explicit. We do not assess whether a token, NFT, or arrangement is a security. We do not perform formal smart-contract audits. We do not warrant liquidity, market acceptance, or regulatory approval. Clients execute every on-chain action. Terms §5

The ordinary software around the record still has to exist. Site. App. CRM. The chain is not the only place the business lives. If you skip that and mint into a vacuum, you have a record nobody at the counter can explain.

We help U.S. shops build the record they actually sell — and stay out of the raise they cannot explain.

A chain is not a bank portal or a card processor. Payments can be slow, hard to reverse, or lost if a key, a device, or a backup is mishandled. Apps, wallets, and protocols change. We help you set things up; we do not hold your keys or watch your systems after you leave. Security, backups, and day-to-day practice stay with you. This is not legal, tax, or investment advice.
